*Awareness Before The Wedding. (PART 1)
Jeverag went back to his home later that day, few days after he asked Nutella to marry him. He noticed a letter that was inserted under the front door. He picked it up and looked who it was from, Shebali. She was traveling to Ridge of Hope and he hasn’t told her yet about three Nutty tasks. He thinks about Shebali eating two dragon heads before open the letter.
(Flashback)
A few years before Nutella and Jeverag even met, Shebali and Jeverag were best friends. She admired him (especially his expensive wand and fancy shoes), she knew he will admire her back too. Jeverag and Shebali would always be hanging out and get drunk together, always having fun. Neither asked each other if their relationship would move on much further, but Jeverag promised her one thing. That they would always be sweethearts, no matter what. The day Shebali left tore Jeverag apart, the second she was out of his sight, he missed her (and her cookies).
(Back to present times)
Jeverag grab a cookie, opens the letter and begins to read it.
“Jevy! Sorry I’ve been gone so long, I got tied up with a little problem here. We heard movements in a mountain and something glowing at night. I went and checked it out along with a few companions who was travelling with me. It turned out there was dwarves in these mountains, they was making all kinds of weird weapons, practicing the Lonely Mountain arcane, and eating for something like war. I sent 2 messengers out to tell the empire about the dwarves, and one to you so that you could finally heard something from me. I’m on my way back and hope i haven’t missed too much while i've been gone. Yours, Shebali.”
Jevy starts having thoughts about what happened, would she be a dwarven food? He worried that something bad would happen, but knowing her, Jeverag thinks she will be ok, for Shebali will always be his favorite. |
