That is because it is an old combat.
Since the grand update the formules for delay rapid and a few others have been changed.
So the game calculates the initiative of the shrews with the new initiative. While at that time (when the combat happened) it was still the old initiative frmo the old formule. |
Seems to have just been a display bug as when the shrews were first all the other units still had their goes first anyway.
I think there used to be something in problems & errors about this display issue but it's been fixed now, and that is an old combat so it might have been made while this issue was still around |
