how do the talents "concealed knowledge" and "fickle mana" stack with eachother? Is it a simple addition (20+20 = 40%) or is it something more complicated? I'm asking because I just saw that Kusika is using this combo for the tournament.
Between talents and lorekeepers special ability, spell cost is cut by more than half O_O |
