In my opinion, the ultimate necklace for might builds would be similar to the Warrior Pendant with a few differences:
Name: Warlord's Amulet
Cost: 25,000 gold 25 wood 25 ore 5 sulfur 5 gems 5 crystals
Required Level: 12
Attributes: Attack +4 Defense +3 Initiative +5% +1 Luck.
