Racial Skill Points of Necromancer may increase the recruit count of the skeleton or skeletel bowmens...
So its not a bug or something... |
Ops sorry ,
When u fighting army of necromancer , the skeleton will increase because of ur died troops. Died troops become skeleteon and increase the enemy count |
