it means that the artifact Cape of arcane protection does not offer protection.
I am asking this because to get minimum damage from them in tournament.

| Jassi, i think light magic spells have debuffing effect against some spells, for example rapid vs delay, chastice vs weakness, bless vs curse, and of course the opposite effect occurs(i mean that dark can beat light) |
