This is because AVAL is listed as Rubyannah's Brother in his profile.

I believe that AVAL is Ruby's unsigned multiple account, which she has received from Lijo. However it would be up to administration to view the ip adresses logged by AVAL. (Lijo is from India, Ruby from Australia, so there shuold be noticeable differences here.)
That would mean that Lijo has broken rule 3.7.
3.7. Password transfer to a different user and collective account managing are forbidden.
Both the Multiple accounts are unsigned which is a break of rule 3.10.1. for both Lijo and Rubyannah.
3.10.1. If you register an additional character, you are bound to show that in the opening line of the "character information" of both, commenting who is the main character and who is the additional one.
Both additional characters (AVAL and LAVA007) have broken the below rules.
3.13.1. Additional characters are not allowed to loan, lend or borrow any game valuables.
3.13.4. Additional characters are not allowed to take or give items for rent.
3.13.6. Additional characters are not allowed to buy, trade or exchange rare set artifacts and Thieves' Guild invitations(TGIs). (An example of this rule break is found in the above post). |
