hi,
First of all this question is only for curiosity's sake,Im light years away from ever actually buying an estate.
I was mjust wondering wheter player to player estate selling can occur only with bidding,like the way they were 1st sold,or if selling estates with fixed price is also allowed.And also if a player can directly sell the estate,like we sell weapons so as to save commision money.
