around 2:00 server time today i check in blacksmith of retribution, that it's work shift ended at x:55
just at 5:55 server time i want to enroll in blacksmith of retribution. But when i checked there, it shows that the work shift will be ended at 6:00.
So i wait until 6:00
But at 6:00, it is still full, no vacancies, the people who enroll at there before not yet come out.
So i enroll at mining. But then, at 6:05, the people who enroll there before has gone, it's empty, and the workplace is ready to be filled again.
Is this some kind of bug?

The workshifts have been changed to 1 hour 5 minutes. At the same time, you are enrolled for 1 hour exactly.
This system makes it much less possible to enroll at one place again and again. As a result, that gives more fair chances to enroll at high wage places.
