hey guys!!!...i was thinking hw abt addin a tab as top clans?it'll be cool as we'll get to know hw many clans thr in total and which is the best(based on the no. of the people it has(or smt like tat))....

Not always like that. "Sound effect" surely bring much more burden to the server (bandwidth) than a simple Clan list.
In software development, I am sure that we are already familiar with the term 'must have' and 'nice to have' features.
The Clan list (or even better a Clan Statistic), IMO is a "must have" features.
So, actually we don't need to make an Idea/Suggestion. It should goes without saying. I wonder why can we have a clan but we don't have the list?
The Clan statistic is an inseparable features and should be built right after Developers enable a "Clan" in this game.
On the other hand, "sound effect" is a "nice to have" features and actually need a lot more efforts to develop than making a simple Clan statistic.
Does the sound effect bring any functionality to the game?? For me.. it doesn't. Fun?? Yes. Functionality?? No.
Clan list/statistic.. surely will bring more functionality into this game.
Don't get me wrong. I appreciate what Admins did in implementing upgrade to this server.
But, I don't know about you.. for me (sadly) the sound effect is only fun for a while. After that, I find that the sound irritates me and I just turn off the sound setting :(( |

Server load for statistics:
If it is simply clans ordered by number of people in clan or treasure dimension, low load (already present in the db, look at clans page).
If it is clan ordered by average level the load is a lot higher! |
