Delay

I noticed that delay does not work if you cast it on a creature which its turn right after your hero cast!

even with 1 spell power still not delay anything!

but when there is a space between hero and the selected troop delay works!

is that right?
example:
the initiative of a man is 10.
Compare it with a dude that s walking circles (100m) with 10 m/s
After your hero its the mans turn, he already had done 95m so only needs 0,5 (5/10) sec to finish the lap.
If you delay his speed to 7.5 m/s it will take him .67 seconds (5/7.5) instead of 0,5 (5/10)
No big difference

Now there is a girl, walkin with 10 m/s
The lap is still 100m. She has done 50 meters.
Normally it would take her 5 more seconds to finish the lap.
If you give her high heels, uh I mean delay her to 7.5 m/s then it would take her 6.67 seconds (50/7.5) instead of 5 (50/10) seconds

You see the difference

0,67-0,50 = 0,17
6,67-5,00 = 1,67

0.17 seconds <=> 1,67 seconds

in simpler terms troops with high initiative won't get delayed much..
