bad idea...
it will kill smithes at lower levels, more managing required, so nobody wants more problem...
i do smithing and keep stock, but it fluctuates by trading and sometimes some resource run out and u cannot buy instantly from market (buyout is a nightmare)-> u have to travel (possible thief attack (- 50..80 gold)), +1 or 2 gold more expensive resources...
smith wont get anything from it... who will pay for the loss? -> smith | bad idea...
