I am stuck in combat at a MG conspirators quest and can't finish it (2 Genies are supposed to enter the screen, but they don't) or get out in any way. Can anyone help with this?

I appologise for posting in the wrong section of the forum.
The issue has now been solved (I have been automatically deemed AFK from the battle), therefore I have lost the combat. It's no big deal, but if anyone wants to check the log and make sure that doesn't happen again to anyone else, I would appreciate it.
