Has anyone noticed that ALL(!) Mining and Machining workshops are short of supply now?

Meanwhile there is a huge cash injection for all production workshops? What happened here?

the same that occasionally happened many many times ...

since the economy of this game, per se, cannot be sustained, adms need to continuously replenish mines with gold and take supplies out ...
