necros dont have morale
also they dont have luck(talent)
high initiative, morale proves beneficial in high level
luck can substitute lack of morale
high talent points and also no speed is also very bad
so even knowing this y is somrthing not done

Do you know how powerful Necromancer Faction is.
They unaffected by Great Spell of Poison , even though they also can raise their Perished Troops without having any Freeze in Fear. You will knew the abilities of Necromancer once you reach high combat level and high faction skill level.
All Factions have a fair creation . Only our tactic and strategy will make us Strong or Weak. |

what you mean is Necros should gain some starting stuff? they can raise without getting -morale, since they aint afffected by morale so everything is equal |
