To me some these numbers look like fractions rounded off like
0.667*GG
could be 2/3 rounded to the nearest thousandth
0.713*CL
could be 72/101 rounded to the nearest thousandth
As to why these numbers are here, I have no clue, maybe that add up to form a specific fraction. |
