Because accepting your clan is a manual feature for an admin. They actively have to log in, review the clan-application, and click "accept". This can take anything from 4 seconds, to never.
It all depends on when they notice the clan, and if they accept it.
And to notice it, they have to log in here.
They probably will, eventually.
In the meantime, just make sure you don't spam the subject too much. |
