Or reach Thieves' guild Lv 5, which you need to join first either using an invitation or paying 80 diamonds. |

leasing is not allowed anymore.
Since you need to reach TG5 (600 wins) to get another TGI.
And max time for a loan is 1 month, so admins considered 600 victories in one month impossible and forbid it to lease TGI's any longer |
