Why infected zombi gain speed during the combat.

At the begging it was 4, when it killed my it was 8...

A neutral creature has higher speed than usual creatures do. How is that possible?
Neutral creatures speed up. After each 10 combat turns, the speed of neutral creatures is increased by 1.
