Reminder: creating MORE that three characters (main + two extra that follow special rules) is NOT allowed.
Blocking one char to create another one instead is prohibited.

| there is no point of asking and admin or arctic, it is stated clear in the rules that BOW is no longer available and creating another character by blocking other is prohibited if you have 3 characters. |

| Yep, it is definitely against the rules. You main will be subjected to penalty, and all your additional characters might be blocked, depends on the case. |

There is only 1 way for sure to find out how to get a deletion of your avatar. Get yourself a lawyer for Internet-Law and ask him this question. He might probably ask you to sue admins of this game or at least write them a "nice and friendly" letter....

As I know from other online games weather free or not: You always have the right to cancel and/or delete your avatar whenever you decide that the game is not interesting for you. This is your right when you sign in, because this is the point when you agree to sign a contract with the (unknown)admins under their terms and conditions.And when you want to leave the game this is the point when you decide to terminate the contract with admins.
The other thing that your lawyer will clear up is: If the terms and conditions of our game are legitimate and subject to law...
