every fourth combat level.
so at level 5-6-7 you get 1 point
at level 8-9-10-11 you get 2 points
at level 12-13-14 you get 3 points

Then you also have advanced and expert

Advanced gives 1 on 5 / 2 on 6-7-8 / 3 on 9-10-11 / 4 on 12-13-15
