Got a Cape of Spirits since I was level 7, but helas!, I've leveled up :(, and game was updated, and now there is better for my level.
Cape is enchanted with [Air magic spell damage bonus 4%, ignore earth shield 2%]
The enchanting was 2*Windflowers and 2*Meteorite Shards.
