+5% initiative,
+1 to minimum and maximum damage of all lord's stacks.
Artefacts bonus:
+3 defence
+3 attack
+7% inintiative
+12% intitative to fliers
+10% meele dmg.
+1 to shoting range for all shoters
+1 luck
