| Of course you can, but you can't play them in the same battle. |
You can do it by using different browser.
Example:
You login your 'Main Account' on Internet Explorer while you login your 'Secondary Account' on Mozilla Firefox.
So you will be online at the same time. But please be sure that you should not do any illegal action like Staged Combat and Financial Assist. |

| @5, you're right, that happens with tabs. but even if you don't use two browsers, you can log on to two different characters from two different windows of the same browser (at least for internet explorer). |
