Authorunique burgers
Well as some of you know I am a manager at two resturuants, one a fast food chain and the other a traditional one.

At least every two weeks or so I come up with a new sandwich not on the menu. I still got a few up my sleeve but was curious, seeing as this game reaches all over the world, what kind of burgers are unique and popular.

Now a unique burger can not be unique where you live at (like if you live in a different country) but to Americans it might be unique.

Now odviously I'm not talking about regular hamburgers, cheeseburgers or mushroom swiss, (which is common here in the States).

So far I've created the Inferno burger which has alot of hot sauces, spices and jalapenos with two different cheeses. Then something I call Chee-Zilla, with 5 kinds of different cheeses with a toasted buttery bun and my newest one the CharBQ, which is charbroiled and topped with HoneyBBQ and onion rings.

So any unique ones out there? If so, the ones I like I will name (in one way or another) after you! (or if you'd rather give it a name its all good)

P.s. Please write all ingredients involved. They will order anything I need so feel free to be creative but of course in good taste ;)
I prefer tomato, beetroot, cheese, on the burger, picles and ketchup (and mustard if you live on the edge) too, maybe onions 3. Beetroot is a must!! Do you have a burger in your arsenal packing beetroot? If not you are truly in the dark lucid dreams naz man


any burger gurus in the WLWM?
I don't work with beetroot so I don't even know what it is :p
Does it have to be a burger or can it be just another sandwich type?

If the latter, there's a sandwich that I love at a nearby cafe here. Exact ingredients and measurements are unknown to me but this is what they have listed on their online menu: (just google 'pearson sandwich true grounds')

Turkey, pesto, fresh mozzarella and sliced granny smith apples.

Besides that, I'm sure you've tried the Bacon Bleu burger, but putting the bacon on the inside by now right?
Truth be told I've never had or made any Cordon Bleu, burger or otherwise (if cordon was what you were referring to.

That sandwich however does sound interesting, never had apples on a sandwich before.

A few ideas I got floating around, a hawian burger (pineapples is the key, and I'm thinkin green peppers, onions, honeyBBQ and bacon, but something still seems lacking) and one with Alfredo sauce with....stuff, hehe, still not sure (don't want to be ordinary so I'm trying to stay away from mushrooms)
Bacon bleu is a burger (cow =) with crumbled bacon on the inside of the meat with bleu cheese on the top. I suppose you could mix the bleu cheese in with the bacon too however. Of course you have all the extras like tomato and lettuce as well.
nice, nope never had it. So thanks =D, I'll try that on burger night this Thursday, the BLEU SKUNDER burger!

...Btw Beetroot is a MUST in any good burger, aswell as bacon and egg, the perfect combination imo

Croc burger! Wow steve would be proud.

Lucid you won't be a true burger guru until you come downunder and try these burger delicacies. Any allocations in the budget for research trips? ^^

what is capers? the guac and marinating in hot sauce sounds good, for my inferno I do that with a few extra steps but no guac, but I love me some guac, mmmmmmmm.

As far as nahdont and Darwen, I get paid 2moro so I will get some beetroot if I can find some in this small hick town that I currently reside in and try ya'll recipes out :)

every invention I try I let the 4 owners try out too so I'll let ya'll know how it turns out :)

p.s. proly won't happen till thursday tho...
p.s.s. I missed out on croc meat back when I was in the south (Florida :( but hope to one day go visit there again and try, no croc's or gators in Kansas unfortunatly double sad face :((

burgers anybody?
well 2moro is burger day if there are any out there that would like to submit any more suggestions.
Seared fish fillet with garlic prawns and the usual salad (exept tomato, eww) in a sourdough bun
hehe, by burger I mean hamburger, moooo (cows)
Believe it or not...a pesto, Portabella mushroom burger is pretty dang good (meatless).

But my favorite burger is made of ground sirloin steak (served Medium or Medium-Rare), some curly onion crisps, romaine lettuce, tomatoe, light mayo, light dijon mustard with some beer battered fries.

Classic.
