I am writing in connection with the following problem.
Several days ago I gave 25000 gold to Sky-Walker as a loan:
01-07-10 19:55: Received 5000 Gold from Sky-Walker :
01-07-10 19:34: Received 10000 Gold from Sky-Walker : back loan))thx)))
01-06-10 19:56: Transferred 10000 Gold to Sky-Walker : dolg
01-06-10 19:33: Transferred 5636 Gold to Sky-Walker : dolg
01-06-10 17:30: Received 5000 Gold from Sky-Walker : back loan//thx)))
01-06-10 16:56: Transferred 4000 Gold to Sky-Walker : dolg
02-19-10 14:23: Transferred 5000 Gold to Sky-Walker :
02-11-10 18:18: Transferred 3000 Gold to Sky-Walker : dolg
01-08-10 18:49: Transferred 4084 Gold to Sky-Walker : dolg
That person did not want to refund this sum of money, however, I informed him, that I'll take legal action, if he does not refund it.
Please could you help me to get my money back.

All debts must be returned within one month after receiving, or else the transaction will be regarded as violation of par. 3.6. When giving or returning debts, providing the transfer description is compulsory.
No where does it say loan or time when it is to be returned . Therefore one would have 30 days to return loan not a few days |
When I gave the loan I have also provided the transfer description in russian language, because we both (I and Sky-Walker) are from Russia: dolg
Moreover, it is now over 30 days since I gave money to that character:

Unfortunately,
3.17. The Administration does not take responsibility for the unreturned debts and does not guarantee compensation in case of swindling by other players. When a loan is not returned in time, (the time must be written in the transfer logs, no more than a month) the swindler will be imposed a penalty of a sum twice as much. If the term isn't posted in the transfer logs, the penalty will occur 1 month after the loan transaction. The creditor does not get compensation.
You really shouldn't loan money to someone unless you are *very* certain they will pay it back.
