in the emperors message about the gifts, how do we get them?

Can not get the gift anymore.
The gift were:
Second Anniversary Luck Pendant, Master Hunter License for 30 days, or 10 Faction Skill Points. | | Faction skill points (and durability of the Luck Pendant) had been calculated on the battles you have done. E.g. I could choose between Luck Pendant with 29 durability, 29 Faction Points and the Master Hunter License. | thanks, every1
