Ok, both servers has blackouts.

From what I know this has happened 3 times and twice in the last 20 mins.

Blackouts are that you can't rember what you did in a specific time.
Server downs are when the server is down and you can't acces is.
Almer just don't know what he did when the server was down. Therefore he has a blackout. |
