Moderator is a though job. I know that, since when I was one, I was under the daily attacks and smear of some very people... That have now been appointed mods!! XD
I'm very happy with the change, actually.
That's not that surprising. Not that I wish them to fail, but on the opposite, I think this is a wonderful opportunity for them to taste their own medicine. Having to control themselves all the time, be very careful over what they say, stay polite at all times, quote rules, maintain a professional face, etc. in front of various issues. For example, their friends thinking they can now have it easy; or people eager to point out inconsistencies in their moderation.

Yep it's not easy and nice as i hoped :)
