Ya, thanks. | I think tries to ask something like "If I have clan A and I am Clan Herlald of clan B. Am I allowed to advertise my clan (A) using the mass mail function withing clan B?"
Well, you should ask for permission from the Leader of B. It's not something related to the game rules. |
