Alright, so my friend, Shadowdragon7, "uncle", has his whole multi web blocked (along with my innocent alts, but it doesn't really matter).
Is it possible for him to create a new character, abide by the rules, and without me being blocked myself?
By the way, we use same IP because he doesn't have a comp at the moment. | If he has 3 char already, he cannot
