Old leader stealing the CLANS money, i myself donating near 10,000 gold. (There is no rule against additionals reporting cheaters, this is not on the 'Main' section of the forums)
Not only that but 'Nobodiez' who is a reported and proven cheater has already done the same before.

According to the rules clans must be either free over for the price of registration witch is now 50,000 gold.
BUT Nobodiez is not the original owner and did not pay ANY of the registration fee in any way!
Summary:
Nobodiez stole over 21,000 gold that did not belong to him.
Nobodiez illegally sold the clan gaining another 30,000 gold.
It is not a lot of gold to players over level 6 but surely you can still see that what he did is not just morally wrong but also legally wrong.
The rules state that he will either be given a 1 gold penalty even though he is a previous proven cheater or he will be penalized 60,000 (double the amount) but what about the current owner of the clan? With the fact Nobodiez EVICTED every single last member before handing it over and the fact the new leader seems to not have any plans and is going to leave the clan closed, does it not seem this was just a scam to begin with? To make it seem like a legitamate deal?
But that is not all, as i have said nobodiez is a proven and reported cheater (Penalty pending) but so is the
'Other' person he 'Sold' the clan to.

He gave back other gifts that were obviously over 30% but why not this one? Also note that the rules state large transfers without description are strictly forbidden.
Another very annoying issue is that Nobodiez was still recruiting and charging members the week of and the week before.

And it gets even worse, though also not illegal in any way he decided to accept money from cheaters and to allow them in the one proud clan(guild/clan wutever).
We can also add donations that were not even put into the clan.

Some of them are even cheating with each other, not to mention that those were all picked at random, 4/5 of the ones i chose randomly were cheaters.

Your responsibility, there is no such thing as 'switching clans' only getting a new clan and invited the previous clans memebers.
and i have put donations in the clan haha are you kidding me???
That usually is legal, but only when you put ALL of them in.
25 old members have already accept there invites and the clan page shows there donations...
That has nothing to do with the issue.
and ur invite is still there... ur still in the clan its the same clan just a different title,
And we had a deal, same clan same title, you broke the deal on two different occasions, meaning you stole the 30,000 that my friend paid for the clans registration fee before he gave it to me. (Even though i helped pay for it.)
(The deal we had, btw i still have the messages is that he wanted to buy the clan off of me for 30k i informed him the rules said its registration or free and that the registration is now 50k but i would give the clan to him for free on the condition that i was the remain in the clan. (Perminately, forever, never ending, for infinity and beyond.) I would be more then happy to mail a reply of one of the conversations to any admin/mod who needs or is curious about it.

You sold the clan before in order to get the TGI you wanted. (Even though you got scammed) You broke a near dozen rules at that point in time, i myself had told and corrected you about many of them and you still continue to break rules, granted that i was wrong about you abusing all the members by evicting them that does not mean you did not break any other rules, or do anything morally wrong.
Now before this topic gets shut down and you get your forum ban i would like to state this:
You HAVE violated the general game rules, plenty of them infact.
You HAVE violated the forum rules. (Third party comments, trying to deny something does not count as additional information, and calling someone 'ignorant' is just a attempt to escalate it into a fight.)

Common factors: Illegal transfers, and nobodiez.
I had spoken in PM with nobodiez just the other day...his name popped up in the forums so I checked him out out (personal curiousity). He has tons of suspicious transfers, and several 100% illegal ones throughout his log. Someone with the time should thoroughly check him out. | Oh yea..one last thing:

This burninheck guy has tons of characters...all illegal ones...funneling money all over the place.
Whoever decides to take a crack at busting nobodiez is going to require a lot of time + patience because the illegal transfers surely span over 6+ characters. |
