Productivity lowered, ie. your base productivity times the multiplier.
Productivity means, your wage, produced goods and required resources are all increased by that rate. |
| if my wage is 200 then how many do i get with workalhocolic penalty ? |
depends. First time is 0.8 so 200 x 0.8= 160
Second time 0.6 so 200 x 0.6= 120
so on so forth |
| 1) Laborers' guild mechanics reconsidered. Any Lord who has worked 10 workshifts in a row at Empire's facilities since his or her last victorious combat, shall suffer an efficiency drop of 20% at each further enrolment, down to 10% of the usual efficiency. One victorious combat of any type restores it back to full 100%. |
| One victorious combat, huh... So if the player loses it, the penalty stays? |
| #6 Correct. |
