Productivity lowered, ie. your base productivity times the multiplier.

Productivity means, your wage, produced goods and required resources are all increased by that rate.
if my wage is 200 then how many do i get with workalhocolic penalty ?
depends. First time is 0.8 so 200 x 0.8= 160

Second time 0.6 so 200 x 0.6= 120

so on so forth
1) Laborers' guild mechanics reconsidered. Any Lord who has worked 10 workshifts in a row at Empire's facilities since his or her last victorious combat, shall suffer an efficiency drop of 20% at each further enrolment, down to 10% of the usual efficiency. One victorious combat of any type restores it back to full 100%.
One victorious combat, huh... So if the player loses it, the penalty stays?
