how can i prevend those penalty when 3 ppl use same computer/router to play that game..shall i ask them to leave that game or what can i do ? i already asked secretary but as usual there is no asnwer... |

State clearly that you can play from different places.
"password transfer" is when you use several computers (i.e. several IP adresses) for a single account, not the opposite. |

| Password transfer should mean something like collective account management. Some clues apparently indicate that for example 3 people are playing 7 accounts. |

So far i have played from 8 diferent computers from 8 diferent pleaces and didn't have such worning. |
Neither did I.
But many multi-char cheaters had no problem until these last days too. |

Well, playing from different places should be mentioned in profile, but its allowed. The rules to keep up by:
3.7. Password transfer to a different user and collective account managing are forbidden.
3.8. The fact of logging multiple characters in the game from one computer must be by all means shown in the "character information" of all those characters with explanation of reason (relatives, friends, playing from a computer club etc). |

Donating has nothing to do with it.
Let me put this straight. I guess our,call it "sheriff" for now, believes that you and itchy are not exactly "visiting each other" but more like enrolling each other`s account when the other one doesnt have time to(3.7). Dont "visit" so often and you will be safe. Thats my guess. |
the only thing what happens is that itchy dont like to play that game anymore atm..we play civilisation together now :-) sadly but i cant help..i hope he will decide to play again.
it is still pretty hard to play that game with frinds from the same place. if sherrif says .multiple acc. instead of playing together becouse of friendship we cant do anything against. we can just stop donating to not support any more. |
Well, 4 accounts(itchy, Scratchy, Cadel, Phat) from how many computers? Sort it out a little and you will be fine.
Donating has really nothing to do with it. We thank you as a community for that, but other than your normal small advantages(affordable with diamonds) and our gratitude, there is no special rulebook for those who donate. |
well nothing new to me... cadel and phat are my students work friends and we must share 2 comp for those 3 acc..both of them dont wanna play anymore becouse both payed arround 200 bucks and we share same ip..itchy is my personal friend since more than 12 years now and he also stopped playing that game ...
i guess thats the point why all of them got a penalty and i was the foul who asked them to play that game ..but well.. better stopping ppl to buy diamond to support that game than getting into ``sherrif```block..

( if secretary answer in the next two years plz send omega22 my stolen money from those you make the rulez for my lost bought Thief guild Invite with 80,-ˆ and blocked the cheater ...transfering moneey ....without give me any compensation..i guess it is really way to hard to transfer money to pll who support that game...
if i dont get a compensation i will leave that game forever and play on that russion server..

| One thing, Scratchy - multiple players from the same PC/IP should have it listed on their profiles and should never transfer anything. You only have one part of that down so far. If you stop the loaning/transferring, you might be fine. |

You ask about the rules and why you got warning, I explain them as I have observed and understood them. Just suggesting. I am not in position of power here. Dont get me wrong, I personally am grateful for your donations and would be glad if you stayed. If you want to directly contact administration, do it with help of secretary. Here we can just answer what we think went wrong and what kind of rules you might have broken unintentionally. |
While having no insight to how these things are done, I suggest your biggest problem is probably that more than once you have had friends enrol for you and vice-versa.
With not too much work the admins have probably discovered that you played from 1 IP and then only moments later you played from another IP. Looking at the chance of you having Flash like superpowers and being able to move between IPs so quickly, or the chance of you password transferring and having a friend enrol for you, the friend enrolling for you is more likely.
Just mail the secretary. I think you will get an answer earlier than 2 years. |
| now after i calm down a bit i donated 10 more bucks to that game..i changed my password also to prevent any future from other frinds i play ( i keep an eye that they wont save the password on firefox ) thx for help |
