What about PvE? In big hunts you don't have use for defense, you die from one hit anyways. In thieving it may work well, though.
Personal I prefer to use striving speed, in PvE with minimum AP and assistance.
When fighting alone, I use might talents with low level initiative opponents, and luck talents against high level initiative opponents. | | am almost level 10 wizard but want work with demon faction what is best level to make switch? | | the sooner the better, because it only get more expensive on higher lvl :p lv 10 is a good start, bcause u'll get cerberi. they'll help (although i'm not sure it will help ur hunt much, wizard hunt is too much for demon even with cerberi :p) | My demon did pretty badly in a number of combat. Any tips for improvement?

In your last combat against sprites I noticed the following mistakes:
1. You need to protect your sucubi better. First stack of sprites should take out the ones protecting your sucubi, not go straight for the sucubi. And focus your firepower on the second stack insted, becose it's the second stack doing the real damage.
2. Gate your sucubi closer to the sprites. This way the sprites will attack your gated sucubi insted of wolfs or demons.
2. When fighting agains high initiative units, max wolfs and sprites. Demons are too slow to do any real damage.

Usually yes, because incendiaries are our "tanks" but they are very slow. So depending on whom you attack, you should change between max demons and max wolfs.
At level 9 you can also use "striving speed" talent, at witch point you demons can get +12 initiative.
