| what is the best item to repair to level up that skill | The item has no impact. 1 skill point = 4 000 gold "burned" repairing at lvl 0, whatever the art repaired.
An art which costs 400 gold to repair will give you 0.1 sp
An art which costs 2000 gold to repair will give you 0.5 sp
To reach lvl 1, you need 120 000 gold, good luck !
