Author.ru problem

I registered to .ru-server and im not sure about few things.

1. Is it allowed to speak English on that server? If not, do i have to just be quite all the time i play o.o?
2. I have one multi and main acc. on that server. Can i point it out in my profile by English, or do i have to use.... Google Translate?

1. English is forbidden in forums and public chat, but you can use in battle chat.

2. Write it both in English and Russian with translator just to be sure.
