The answer:demon-dragon has only transfered only 30k to his multi and his characters are blocked!

If your combat level is below the 3rd and you can't use the private mail - either raise your level or ask your friends or clanmates. Contacting the Administration via "Queries & Help" is SENSELESS.

I have absolutely no idea who are you talking about, but I guess one thing at a time, one thing at a time..Admins have only two hands, can block only 2 cheaters at once. :-)
