| You have answered yourself. Secretary doesnt have online/offline status. It doesnt mean it is never online. It is just not shown. Same as all technical characters. |

Secretary is an account controlled by Admins. It doesn't show online status, just as their accounts do not show online status. It does not mean the account is inactive and there is ample evidence that the account is now actively being used. Demanding proof that the account is being used is not helpful or useful in anyway.
