| If an item is enchanted by one player to, say, 2x, then is it possible for another player (with the required modifier's guild level) be able to enchant it again to 7x? | Yes, You need the resources to enchant 7x subtracted the resourced to enchant 2x add one. (Therefore from 0x to 2x to 7x will be a little more expensive.)
