| You can only get it on the market. It is from an event from long ago if I'm not mistaken. |
| Admin doesn't add stock in the artifact shop and also not build a Cape of Flame factory so there is nowhere else you can get instead of buying at the market. |
| You can find one on the market once in awhile for 100k or 200k, they no longer stock them in the shop. |
| then last one on the market which i remember was bought by china_blue99 at 48K |
