no
though there is an unblock, it would most likely only be used IF Empire did make a mistake in blocking someone, but by your own words above that won't happen.
Guilty = Consequence. |
| The unblock button is only for the accounts that were wrongfully blocked. Then Empire will take back their mistakes. But if you get blocked and have actually done something that broke the law, then you will never get that account back. |
