Is it a bug or new update giving a chance other lvl players and hunter lvls can fight together vs 2 other hunts? |
is normal has been added for a long time. |
It has been like that for a good while now. Not a bug. |
Is it any chance formula for it? |
Random |
Then what is % it will happen...
And it can happen at multi hunts?(2v hunt + 1/2vs hunt) |
no formula its totally random
when you and the other player press 'attack' at the same time you will have chance get into 2v hunt.. |
The hunt is called merged hunt or other things else. This hunt appear if you accept a Hunt with Green,Yellow,Orange or Red level and it will happen randomly when a player press a Hunt with Green,Yellow,Orange or Red level at the same time with yours . White/Grey leveled hunt will never make this hunt to be happen. |
sometimes it says "X is taking to their heels" after you click attack, at this time there is a chance for a merged hunt if someone else also attacks neutrals. |
Ok, another to lock. |
"X is taking to their heels"
It has another meaning. If this appear it means that next time you will face same number of neutral creatures in your hunt even if you won previous hunt.
E.g.:
You are going to hunt 1000 sprites, before hunt appear "X is taking to their heels", you will win this hunt and next time when sprites appear in your hunt, there will be again 1000 of them. (Normaly you would face 1000*1,3=1300 sprites next hunt) |
No vidlak 15 mins before im beat goblins, and now after these heels im got imps, so you are wrong. |

nice info tho ty |

I wrote "NEXT TIME" when same creature appear, I didnt wrote "NEXT HUNT". Ask someone to translate english to your native language if you dont understand it;) |
Sorry vidlak666, but you are confused.
"X is taking to their heels" is indeed indicating a merged hunt. IF the system find another player that is also attacking his hunt, than you have a merged hunt and the number of units wont increase.
However if you read "X is taking to their heels" and the system don't find a player that is doing a hunt in time you have a normal hunt. If you win this one the next time you face this enemy the number will have been increased.
If you disagree with this, show us two battles where one player is wining two times against the same numer of creatures in the last 8 months. |
nah i dont think hes confused, rather the translator is poor. i think he meant that 'taking to their heels' = a chance at a multi-hunt AND, that should the multi hunt occur, the number of units wont increase in the next hunt. since before his reply no one mention that the number of units wont increase. |

probably this cause in that dizbe stated that 30% of 2 is .6 so next time you get 2.6 angels =2 but it should be 3 instead so i am just giving the reference |
Anyway...
Since December 2008 this has been in effect, and the likelyhood of two heroes "teaming up" is poor. Judging from combat-logs randomly checked I'd say about 3-4% chance of recieving a "merged hunt". This number may be way off though, since I've just checked "randomly".
In case of victory, the maximum for that creature type will not be increased; each Lord will receive up to 0.5 skill points and twice as big an amount of Hunters' Guild points as usual.
Combat-level of the two hunters may differ, but I have never seen any big difference. Mostly just a level apart. |
so, to sum up:
"X is taking to their heels" means chance of a merged hunt.
1. If no other Lord (generally a level lower or higher in my experience) hunts, then it continues as a single hunt. In case of victory, number of creatures increases next time that creature is being hunted.
2. If a merged hunt occurs, no matter what the next time the hunt for these creatures appears, the number of creatures is same. Each Lord will receive up to 0.5 skill points and twice as big an amount of Hunters' Guild points as usual.
please correct if I am wrong. |
For #19
Yes that is correct. |
