| Is Dispersion affected by magical resistances? For example: If you try to dispell Stoneskin from barbarian with faction level 7, is the chance of dispersing lower? And how does it affect when there's a negative spell you should remove? | i dont think so but i think it only applay to weakining spells but im not sure
