+(15-24)% damage to neutral creatures.
What does the damage range mean:
a) if you have more than 5 items, then the extra damage will be scaled up accordingly in the 15-24% range, depending on whether you have 5 or 6 or 7 or 8 hunter items
OR
b) the extra damage is a random percentage in the range 15-24%, that is independent on how many hunter items you have (between 5 and 8) ?
