Author | initiative bar |
The pre-combat positioning of units on the bar happens with a random deviation of 0% to 10%
can somebody pls explain what that means in practice? no way to know which of my unit with same initiative will hit first depending on position on board? thx |
during pre-combat positioning, you cannot know. Until the combat starts and you can see the ATB bar, you do not know. Hence the word RANDOM. computer randomly decides it when you click on the sword, no way to predict it. |
ie you have 2 creatures - rogues and cerberi.
first have initiative 14 and second - 13.
the deviation of the initiative for rogues is 14-15.4 and fior cerberi 13-14.3, which means there is a slight chance cerberi will have the first move even tho their original initiative is lower. on the second turn they will use their base ini as a constant, so the rogues go first. |
thanks for answers, think i got it. |
