When a player gets blocked, is that played block by IP
So when he is blocked all accounts played from that IP are blocked?

Because i know a cheater that is meant to be blocked, though he plays from the same cafe

If he was blocked would i be as well?

If you mention in your description that you play from the same net cafe and also write in your profile that xyz is cheating from the same net cafe and you have not part in it you will not be blocked
