does a survival tournament count as a hunt, I mean for the damage bonus of the full hunter set?

no, because u can't ware hunter set only the arts that u can see in the artifact shop, no more

I don't see why it shouldn't. I'm sure the damage-bonus from a full hunter-set is added as usual.

However: Shop artifacts only for this particular survival tournament.
