was warned of this fro ma player before,so i returned all the earned money,and started a new.as you can see these characters cheated but shock2255 got his wealth from selling elements,labours guild high.its not exactly illegally gaining the wealth since ididnt gain anything from giving it back.but i should still be ALL blocked because its considered giving out loans,financial assist(i guess).i gave 30% to chance because he just changed a faction and needs help.since he wouldnt accept it because its forbidden to transfer large loans cause of leaving the game,im going to still play the game. |

i'd say shock will probably be FINED, rather than blocked, but who knows, if there's too much illegal financial issues than shock could get blocked.
