First,please don't use all caps in title..
Second,it means if you die but your team wins,all of you get the same amount of exp.. |
| The teams split the xp and fsp fairly evenly. It gets unlocked at lvl 9 and makes it more of a team effort than each person pushing to get the most damage done. |

I am not sure what do you mean, but primary parameters are attack, defence, spellpower, knowledge. They are shown at character screen for example. Maybe you should read the FAQ and other stickies at Q&H.
